The direct mailings towards Miele Professional prospects demanded a new approach due to a decline in interested response. We developed a new newsletter concept. The goals of which were to increase product awareness and preference, to generate sales and to obtain additional email contacts for future mailings. The new newsletter contained a mix of referencing articles, product information, testimonials and a call-to-action.

We developed this web‐based application to enable them to hold an inventory of all communication publications, their stock levels and the ability to order whenever required.

Business Card Ordering System

To facilitate the creation, production and distribution of business cards within the European, Middle East and African regions we developed an appropriate online application for our client. This application allows every employee to compose a business card himself. Once the card is composed, the manager and the legal department receive a notice of request and check the content. If both parties approve the card, the printer automatically receives the order. Then prints and dispatches. This tool contributes to the improvement of internal service levels.

Services and Tariffs Guide

Every year our client updates their services and tariffs, which they then compile into their ST Guide. In total we manage the production (from creation to print and dispatch) of up to 40 different country-specific versions. In the final stages of the compilation process we organize proofing (checking) sessions in one central location to get final approval on every guide. People are flown in from more than 25 countries to attend these sessions. This approach and discipline has proven to reduce time needed to finalize the document and guarantees the control and final quality of the product.

Every six months, Oetker Hotel Collection publishes a lifestyle magazine for their guests. The magazine however did not appeal to the clientele of the hotel group. After an in-depth analysis of the magazine and its audience, we set to restyle the magazine, improving its look and content. Now the magazine embodies the philosophy of the group.

Althoff Hotels
Moments Desk Calendar

Althoff was looking for a way to keep a high level of bookings in all of their hotels throughout the year. Therefore we set up an Althoff Moments Program to promote monthly deals. The program consisted of a Moments calendar with themed packages, which were linked to the hotel facilities and specialties and the time of the year. By placing the calendar in each room we activated the hotel guests into learning more about the hotel themes online resulting in increased bookings of the package deals.

Direct Mailing

Borealis wanted to inform their clients on a brand new machine that they had developed. As the decision makers on this issue are of a technical background, we created a direct mailing that would appease to their informational requirements: A detailed technical plan of the new machine, with its key assets highlighted.

Unicef
Calendar and Gala Auction

By the end of every year Unicef faced a recurrent donation fatigue with its donors, resulting in a decrease of incoming funds. Periflex conducted a survey, which revealed that in general the same audience is requested to contribute. Periflex went looking for a way to bring extra funds for Unicef and at the same time put the organization in the spotlights. We created the ‘12 hours’ calendar, which showed a day in the life of Belgian top model Anouck Lepère. A gala event was organized to launch the calendar. Within a week the calendar generated a great media exposure and yielded a nice contribution.
